Supporting Dharma Centres
Helping centres share the Dharma with clarity, creativity, and heart

The Challenge Many Centres Face

Across the world, many Dharma centres are experiencing the same difficulties — an aging membership base, fewer new visitors, and smaller numbers at events.
It’s not that the interest in the Dharma is fading. The potential is still there — but the way people connect has changed.
Today, the younger generation discovers everything — from teachings to teachers — through digital spaces. Whether we like it or not, social media has become the modern doorway to connection.

Why this matters?

You don’t need to be a marketing expert to reach people online.
You just need to understand how to use the right tools with clarity and intention — and that’s where I come in.
I help Dharma centers learn how to use social media and digital communication effectively, without needing large budgets or external agencies.
Because the beauty of these tools is — they’re free.
With a little guidance, your center can share teachings, retreats, and activities in ways that feel authentic, cost-effective, and sustainable.

A Shared Understanding

As an FPMT student myself, I understand the values, lineage, and responsibility that come with sharing the teachings.
My approach is never about “branding the Dharma,” but about communicating it clearly and respectfully, in ways that remain authentic and aligned with the tradition.
The aim is to help centres strengthen their connection with both long-time practitioners and newer generations — without losing the integrity of the lineage or the heart of service.

A Practical Example: Mahamudra Centre, New Zealand

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to support Mahamudra Centre for Universal Unity in New Zealand — a small, rural FPMT center with a dedicated but limited team.
Together, we worked on developing a more consistent and mindful online presence — improving event promotion, creating communication systems, and helping the team feel confident using the tools they already had.
The results have been simple yet meaningful:
greater visibility, more engagement, and a stronger sense of connection between the center and its wider community.
This experience has shown what’s possible when creativity meets intention — even for small centres with minimal resources.

My Approach

Each center’s needs are unique — which is why this support is flexible and collaborative.
Flexible Engagement:
Work together fully remotely, or invite me to your center for a few weeks to a few months for hands-on training and guidance.
Empowering, Not Outsourcing:
My goal is to help your existing team — staff, volunteers, or sangha members — gain the skills and systems to manage their own communications confidently.
Sustainable Support:
After the foundation is in place, I remain available for remote consulting, strategy check-ins, or content feedback whenever needed.
