about me
Storyteller. Visual thinker. Deep feeler.
Quiet observer.

A Dharma Journey
I met the Dharma many times over the years — in conversations, books, and passing encounters — but it wasn’t until 2024, during a ten-day course at Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu, that it truly took root.
That experience opened something deeper — a sense of clarity, compassion, and belonging that had been quietly waiting beneath everything else.
Since then, I’ve spent time volunteering and working in monasteries and Dharma centres across Nepal and New Zealand, learning, serving, and deepening my practice. It’s taught me the importance of offering my skills in service — of helping the Dharma to flourish, rather than chasing the next project or profit.
Through it all, my creative work and spiritual path have begun to weave together — both grounded in awareness, intention, and the wish to illuminate what matters most.
What Guides My Work
Presence over perfection
I believe in showing up as we are — unpolished, real, enough.
Stillness and soul
Quiet moments matter. They carry depth, emotion, and truth — and they deserve to be seen.
Beauty with purpose
Every frame, word, and tone holds intention — created to honour, not to impress.
Story as offering
Creativity is a form of service — a way to connect, uplift, and make meaning visible.
